Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and sign-in credentials (passwords are stored only as secure hashes by our authentication provider).
• App content: the crew names, roles, assignments, headcounts, and notes you enter.
• Usage data: basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

We never see or store your card number. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, who collects billing details directly under their own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the calendar service, keep your account secure, sync your data across devices, and manage your subscription. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Paddle.com (payments, taxes, receipts, billing support)
• Our hosting and database providers (to store and serve the app)
• Our authentication provider (sign-in, including Google sign-in)

Retention & your rights

Your calendar data is kept while your account exists. You may request export or deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting support. Deleting your account removes your crew data permanently; billing records are retained by Paddle as required for tax and accounting law.
