Free trial
New accounts receive three calendar months free from account creation, without providing a credit card. Nothing is charged automatically. At expiry, access stops unless you choose to begin the $10/month membership and complete payment.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, contact us and we will refund that payment in full — no questions asked.
Cancellations
You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid month. Partial-month refunds are not provided outside the money-back guarantee.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
