1. The service
Manpower ("the service") is a crew scheduling calendar operated by the operator of this website ("we", "us"). It lets you manage crew members, daily assignments, headcounts, and notes.
2. Subscriptions and billing
New accounts receive three calendar months free from account creation. No credit card or payment method is collected during this trial, and no automatic charge occurs when it ends. Access is suspended at expiry unless you choose to begin a $10 USD/month membership and complete payment. Signing in again does not reset the trial. Existing paid memberships continue under their current terms. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (Account → Manage billing); access continues until the end of the current paid period.
3. Merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
4. Your data and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the crew information you enter and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. Do not use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions: contact us via the support option in the app or the billing portal.
